Peonies in Bloom

My peonies have finally bloomed! They are my absolute favourite flower. I love their delicate, floaty petals not to mention their beautiful fragance. We have about 8 bushes planted around the property so that everywhere you walk you can get a little hint of their fragance while they're in bloom. This bouquet has been picked to place beside my bed....sweet dreams :).

Bubblegum & Banana Seats - One of my favourite designs so far! I fell in love with this fabric (well, actually the whole line) and it took me so long to decide on just the right design for it. Many drawings later, this is what I finally came up with:

Victoria Day Treasure!

Happy Victoria Day Monday! We were able to just hang around here today & garden although in the morning I snuck out to hit a few auctions. I picked up a little something for the June 'Repurpose' Journal Modiste launch. I am VERY excited to get started on this design!

Superman Returns...again & again & again!

Here's Reilly dressed yet again in his Superman costume. He has a whole closet of clothes & this is the only thing he'll wear. We had big tears this morning when I made him take it off to wash it. I swear the thing could have walked on it's own. Yikes!

Over the Rainbow

What a hot, humid day yesterday! It culminated into quite a thunderboomer in the late afternoon. But just in time for Greg to return home the skies cleared and a beautiful rainbow appeared. The rain was so cleansing & this rainbow at the end just lifted my spirit.
